Thank you for choosing Ledsion Lighting.
Ledsion Lighting warrants that all Ledsion Products will perform according to specifications for a specified number of years from the shipment date. In case of any breach of this warranty, the customer is required to return defective Products to Ledsion Lighting. We will then provide, at our discretion, repair or replacement of the defective Products. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
This warranty is void if a product defect results from accident, abuse, or abnormal use. Defective Products must be returned within thirty (30) days from the receipt of replacement Products. Otherwise, replacement Products will be treated as new orders. Repaired or replaced Products are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period plus an additional thirty (30) days.
All returns of Products damaged during shipment will be replaced free of charge with prior authorization from Ledsion Lighting. Such returns must occur within 90 days of the original shipping date, and all Products must be returned in their original packaging.
This limited warranty is non-transferable, except in connection with the sale of the installation site where the Product was originally installed, unless approved in writing by Ledsion Lighting. To make a warranty claim, the claiming party must notify Ledsion Lighting in writing within Thirty (30) Days after discovering the defect, and provide proof of purchase and invoice that comply with our other warranty requirements.
Please note that this limited warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, mishandling, storage, or maintenance, acts of God, vandalism, power surges, improper power supply, abuse, misuse, electrical current fluctuations, or environmental requirements set forth by Ledsion Lighting Spec Sheet. Additionally, this warranty does not cover any third-party products or accessories conjoined with the Product, and Ledsion Lighting is not responsible for labor costs or expenses associated with installation or removal of Products.
